Regular Monitoring and analyzing different kind of tools and materials.
Preparing Material Request (MR)as per Production Dept
Responsible for Receiving and Checking of materials by quantity, Quality as per
Purchase Order (PO).
Checking all Description and Specifications Required.
Delivery Note, Gate Pass & Transmittal from Material receiving Report.
Issuing Material and Tools as per the need or Workers.
Weekly Procurement Issued Report.
Accountability of Tools issuing to the workers.
Encode Materials received & Issued.
Filing of Outgoing and/Incoming Materials.
Analyzing the Stock through proper check and Counting.
Arranging the certification/vouchers for the delivery order of the payment process.
Arranging and segregate the materials in their corresponding location .
Daily routine Store Work.
