• Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities on site, ensuring compliance with
project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution
of construction phases including excavation, foundations, concrete works, road works,
drainage, and landscaping.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks to verify work meets design,
safety, and quality requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, issuing clarifications and
instructions as needed.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Track progress and maintain daily reports, documenting any site issues, delays, or
changes.
• Collaborate with project management and client representatives to resolve technical
issues and maintain project timelines.
• Assist in preparing material submittals, method statements, and work inspection requests
(WIRs).
• Verify quantities and quality of materials delivered to site and ensure their compliance with
approved standards.
• Facilitate communication between design teams and construction teams to ensure
alignment.
• Support commissioning and handover activities by providing as-built information and
ensuring final quality standards.
