ork Profile & Responsibilities For Revit (MEP):-
Currently working on CMA-Tower Project in the BIM Department as a
BIM Modeler.
•
• Responsible for preparing Revit models and families using Revit (MEP).
Analyzing the heating and cooling loads in Revit crafting space and
zone colour schemes.
•
• Linking Revit architectural models copying and monitoring link files.
• Starting a project information and settings the title block.
Excellent knowledge in Revit Linking, Work set, Project Browser,
Visibility Graphics, Filters, Shared Parameters, view range, Object
Styles, Materials, annotation, Drafting View, Legend & Tags.
•
• Using Revit Preparation Schedules of Equipment's.
Creating Duct System Automatically & Manvel placing air terminals on
ducts adding duct accessories.
•
• Adding Mechanical Equipment's create filters & view templates.
• Setting for Project parameters and shared parameters.
Adding plumbing fixtures & piping system creating fire protection
views.
•
• Settings for levels, view range, adding callout views, duplicate views.
• Cable trays, Ducts and Pipes Routing based on Client Markup Drawings.
• Conversion Auto-CAD MEP 2D drawings into 3D Revit MEP-model.
Developing Mechanical Revit Template HVAC, Plumbing and Fire
Protection.
•
• Model Based Quantity takeoff from Revit.
Exporting DWG, PDF, IFC & DWF from the Revit model,
Sheets, Key plans, Views, Sections, 3D Views, View Templates and title
blocks on the Revit model.
COORDINATION:-
Preparing the quantity take off for all firefighting items like firefighting
pipe work, related valves, fire hose reels, sprinklers, fire extinguishers
and all associated accessories.
• Preparing the shop drawing for the drainage and water supply.
Routing all the plumbing pipes as per the requirement by considering
the levels and sizes.
•
Preparation of water supply system as per the WSFU(Water Fixture
Units) and re-sizing of the pipes as per the WSFU and the respective
GPM flow.
Preparation of Pump Rooms details drawings for the booster, transfer,
circulating pump with sections and details.
• Preparing the drainage drawings by considering the levels and slope.
Preparing the submersible pump details with Greece Interceptor,
Pressure Break Manhole (PBMH), Sand Trap and Sludge Trap, and
provide sections for it.
•
Preparation of Builder Works drawings for the slab openings, wall
openings, sleeves for coring and general arrangement drawings.
•
• Preparing quantity take-off for the drainage system piping, fittings etc.
• Preparation of Coordination Layout for the all mechanical services.
Arrange the levels for each trade like drainage, HVAC, water-supply,
fire-fighting, chilled water, cable-tray and cable trunk.
•
Prepare the RCP Coordination drawing for the sprinklers, Access Panels
for the MEP services Access and electrical accessories.
•
Preparation the sections for the coordination drawing to clarify the
conflicts and clashes for the mechanical services.
•
Preparation for the Shaft Coordination in order to arrange the
plumbing and HVAC services in better and easy approachable way.
