Involved in end to end management of operations and business development across 5 branches for 3 brands - Peugeot, GreatWall and Haval and collaborate with the senior management in defining action plans and business KPI's. Focus on enhancing sales in the designated territory as well as client satisfaction by rendering superior quality service for general & specialty clients. Evaluate existing issues & market trends across assigned territory and update the same to internal & external stakeholders for realigning business policies. Cater to samples & promotional materials for enhancing sales in compliance to company, regulatory and ethical guidelines. Build & maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across existing client & prospect organizations for effectively closing identified business deals.Interact with clients for collating & evaluating requirements for rendering customized solutions. Enhance client satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and rendering superior quality service.Represent the organization in conventions, special company-sponsored functions, field programs in other territories around the country, and company meetings and training programs based on business and operational requirements.Generate awareness on organizational products & services by implementing various promotional campaigns across the target market segment.Evaluate team performance & render productivity enhancement feedback. Organize training sessions for team members based on identified training needs.Prepare & present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making
