 Inspection of works prior to inspection of Clients representatives and obtain their approval.
 Inspection of proper placement and sizing of Structural Steel reinforcement in accordance with Saudi Aramco Standard and IFC.
 Conduct final inspection with PID representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and
other succeeding work activities that require step by step inspection as per inspection and
testing procedures (I.T.P.).
 Inspection of all precast foundation at precast yard.
 Conducting material receiving inspection in coordination with the PID, Inspection of material.
 Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the
Concerned department at the earliest.
 Activities like Excavation& Backfilling, Formwork, Rebar Installation, Concrete Placement, Water proofing, Grouting, Road Work, Bitumen Coating were Involved.
 Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test, requirements design of the project.
 Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density Test (FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
 Preceding all stages of Inspection as per approved ITP without violating any Inspection requirements.
 Conduct Regular site Inspection, issue and follow up Nonconformity and corrective action forms.
 Reporting the feedback to QC Supervisor.
 Review and comment on NCR, s, JSI, s & SOR, s after clearing the queries from Consultant/Client.
 Conduct tool box before starting the activity.
 Ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
 Raising Request for Inspection (RFI) of client representative after the completion of work according to standard.
 To ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan / drawings / codes & specifications.
 Raising Request for Inspection of Client representatives after the completion of work according with standards.
 Preparing documents for inspection and controlling all inspection activities on the site.
 Inspect and monitors materials, equipment and calibration of testing tools & equipment as applicable to ensure compliance to applicable codes and Saudi Aramco Standards
 Perform well defined Quality Engineering Inspection of Work Daily submission of Reports/Data and Log Book entries.
 Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines.
 Checks the sampling operations.
 Reviews the laboratory examination results.
 Checks compression strength test.
 Ensure all activities conform to Saudi Aramco standards, IFC drawings all applicable standards
And specifications.

• Following the drawing for successful implementation on ground.
• Monitoring and inspecting all necessary site activities during project life cycle.
• Managing the majors 3M (man, machine and material) of the site.

Review and Response the NCR, s, JSI, s and SOR, s and raise RFI, s to the Consultant/Client.

Assist QS in preparation of IPC/IPA as well as new VO, s.

Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.

• General and Technical Site supervision of civil works.
• Coordinating for material, manpower and machinery with management

Measuring discharge, velocity and mean depth through current meter.
