Managing SAUDI-ARAMCO Oil Refinery extension Project for SHAYABAH CRUID STABLIZATION AT ABQAIQ.
This project includes the fabrication & installation of 26000 Inch Dia piping.
Fabrication & installation of steel structure
Installation of Shipper & Booster pumps for same facility
o Working as mechanical maintenance shift in charge for CCM (continuous casting machine) EOT cranes, Utilities, Water complex
o Trouble shooting of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment to run the plant smoothly
o Spare parts planning and procurement through SAP
o Planning and execution of preventative maintenance programs to Improve reliability of the equipment
o Developing standard maintenance procedures
o Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and proper solutions
o Plan & execute plant modification to improve production & smooth operation
o Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment
o Responsible for the Erection & Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment (Rotatory, Stationary), in house piping, Structural buildings, overhead cranes, HVAC Units etc.
o Assist the Project Manager in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline.
o Execution of projects safely, within budget, on schedule, to the specified quality
o Working as site mechanical in charge
o Dealing with venders and suppliers locally and from foreign countries like China, Korea, Czech Republic, and Italy etc.
o Act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope
o Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
o Checking all sort of Site and Civil activities following drawings.
o Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities through SAP
o Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines All erection & commissioning activity of caster machine
To supervise in mechanical, Hydraulic /pneumatic systems & Utility Maintenance activities of static/rotating equipment and auxiliary mechanical systems.
To ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
To participate in major equipment overhauls/shutdowns. Prepare work lists, of Hydraulic /pneumatic equipment EAF, LF VD/VOD and CCM
To review the work orders, cards and check lists with maintenance and repair activities.
Carry out Predictive maintenance, generate & plan Preventive maintenance schedules for utility equipment based on Criticality ranking.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction /breakdown and takes steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
Planning of maintenance activities during day to day, scheduled outages, break downs and Annul overhauls.
Coordinating material/spare parts planning related activities
Provide technical support for all maintenance engineering activities to facilitate continuous improvement of maintainable assets, following Safety Guidelines defined for the relevant system
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical
Three years diploma of associate engineering in mechanical
