Head of the projects and planning of outside plant area (Transmission & Transport, Construction HFC, FO, Cooper, Ingeneering & Desing, Maintenance and Network Operation, Electromechanical and powering Department), through continuous improvement, meeting the standards of quality, time, cost, and safety, in order to ensure the profitability of the company and meet the defined objectives, handling the Control of investment accounts and the anual CAPEX assigned to Out Side Plant area (US$20M), focused on reducing costs and maximizing resources, ensuring the right development of all the Project Processes.
Within duties are:
• CAPEX and OPEX Management for OSP
• Project and strategic Management
• Budget Planning
• Development of strategic for goals achievement ( Monthly construction of 100 Km new HFC Network and deliver 6, 000 New Home passes every month).
• Analize Statistics Risk Tablet
• Present to the Upper Management the pay back analys / Return over Investment (ROI) of every project executed.
• Resources Requirement Planning
• Human Resources administration
Deal with the project management of Out Side Plant area of the company managing the Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network (GPON) Expansion Project for the improvement of services offered by the Bussiness (claro codetel) in Dominican Republic.
Monitor compliance and progress of projects, and work outside plant developed.
Develop statistical tables, planning activities of the various programs under my charge, and evaluation of strategies of special works.
Development of repotes on managing special projects and budget allocated.
Design plans for evaluation, according to internal customer requirements and guidelines of the Dominican Telephone Company.
Monitoring and Evaluation of the work performance of the field supervisors and all brigades and work groups (linemen, Technicians, assistants) -Over 60 associates
Risk Matrix Design and Identification of Future bottlenecks that may affect the effective development of the project in time and costs.
Effective Administration inventory of materials used in projects.
Manage and ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure, services workshops vehicles, and buildings of the 6 branches of the group, keeping each facilities and machinery in optimum condition performing works and projects in branches, and equipment such as power plants, inverters, air conditioners, water plant handler (shillers), utilities (electricity, plumbing, physical plant, building, housekeeping), and supervise the performance of a team of 23 people ( 3 coordinator, 12 facilities technitian, 3 electrical technitian, and 5 mechanical technitian)

• Management of Contractors ((International Trading (ITCO) Edemsa, Anso, Net sun Minecom, Trane, etc.).
Responsible of the coordination, planning and organization of the Preventive / Predictive Maintenance activities with the Central Maintenance Director, the London Consulting Group and outsourcing companies (Wartsila, ABB) in a re-engineering project (Metalmorfosis ) in the Dominican Metallurgical Complex (Metaldom) to give solutions to the repair of machinery according to the manufacturer's specifications and manuals, making running the maintenance routines Preventive and predictive working mainly in the Power Plant and Lamination Plants in the implementation of a Maintenance Management Software and Inventory Control (PGMwin).
