- Responsible for the requirements Programming, gathering, design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for the Pulp and Paper industry including software like Honeywell QCS System, PLC-DCS system (Honeywell Experion PMD- PKS R430, R510), and other Siemens PLCs.
- Continually deal with issues that arise in production process and must be adaptable to new production trends and have an aptitude for technology.
- Planning and organize Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) using (SAP); which includes monitoring and implementations of all Daily and Monthly Maintenance Plans.
- Trouble-shooting analysis and planning for the major problems.
- Preparing Failure analysis reports.
- Preparing critical spare parts list & manage materials, arrange/carry-out new modification.
- Follow-up/implementation of project jobs under my assignment, coordination/follow-up with other department as well.
- Coordinate/follow-up of procurement, store and accounts for my scope.
Responsible for designing, maintaining Electrical controls, instrumentation, automation systems(SCADA, PLCs, DCS, QCS), including troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation systems.
- Responsible for the requirements Programming, gathering, design, configuration,
integration and implementation of process control solutions for the Pulp and Paper
industry including software like Honeywell QCS System, PLC-DCS system ( PCS7),
and PC networking technology.
- Troubleshoot, make necessary repairs or upgrades, and perform preventative
maintenance and service to process control equipment, control systems, equipment
calibration, and instrumentation equipment to provide for the reliable operation of
this equipment. Investigate problems, analyze for root causes and derive
resolutions.
- Ensure instrumentation and control design and engineering deliverables are
delivered per specifications, and within budget and schedule as
- Familiar with OSI PI software system implementation and maintenance.
- Familiar with various OSI-PI applications such as PI Enterprise Server, PI Advanced
Computing Engine, PI Performance equation, PI data link, PI Process book,
Performance monitor.
- Familiar with interfacing PI systems with process control systems using OPC, PI to
PI interface.
- Reproduce and duplicate sound recordings from original recording media, using sound editing
and duplication equipment.
- Monitoring audio signals to detect sound-quality deviations or malfunctions.
- Generating and researching ideas for programs and pitching for commissions.
- Developing Content, Writing material for Scripts, bulleting and links.
- Responding to audience feedback, referring on to other departments as necessary.
