•Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Wireless Networks containing WLC, WiSM, WCS, Cisco Aironet Access Points and Cisco Bridges.

• Microwave links survey & planning (using MapInfo Professional SCP 7.5 MW link planning tool for Dragon Wave Horizon compact, and Path loss 5).
• Supervise civil and fiber contractors, follow up with civil consultant on work progress and deliverables.
• Troubleshooting of the transmission systems (SDH), to know and identify the fault root cause and advice with the required corrective actions using the available resources such as ( OTDR EXFO-FTB 200, PowerMeter)
• Familiar with LCT (local craft terminal) and T2000 NMS (network management system) programs.
• Monitoring network’s (MW and SDH) performance, ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
• Performance analysis of SDH system and IP Transit backbone of Availability, ES, SES, MTBF, MTTR, MO.
• SDH service configurations, operations, maintenance, NMS monitoring and troubleshooting of Huawei 3500 equipments of optical interfaces and electrical interfaces.
• Dragon Wave ( Horizon Compact) planning, Installation, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting.
• Managing all transmission equipments spare parts plus preparing critical spare parts to be available once required in an organized standard to facilitate critical outages and damages.
• Preparing PR’s for Microwave equipment (Dragon Wave), SDH equipment, and Fiber optics cable.
• Planning MDT for transmission network and to correlate MDT with Network Operation Center and customers.
• Attending several Fiber optic tests with HES Kablo Team (www.hes.com.tr) including: attenuation, MFD, CD, PMD, Cladding & Core Diameter, Cut off wavelength, Crush Resistance, Repeating bending, water penetration and Temperature cycling.
