• In charge of all the services which support a commercial or institutional building ensuring functionality of the built
environment, these include the property management and also managing areas such as health, safety, utilities,
services, relocation and strategy planning.
• Review and approve the MEP drawings for fit-out projects and renovations.
• Arranging the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Programs for contracted operations sites.
• Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results.
• Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives, determining project objectives such as
efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality, estimating
relevance, time, and costs.
• Issuing snags reports and work on rectifying the pending issues.
• Manage maintenance and day to day activity repairs to public area & housing units.
• Managing & reviewing all Maintenance, Soft services, Safety, Security, Development Projects & Contracts.
• Maintain the general administration of the maintenance program.
• Implementing Preventive Maintenance Program.
Working on the emergency department which deals with sudden faults on the medium voltage and low voltage
network.
• Major work on 13.8 and 33 K.V. network, underground cables and overhead line, operate primary substations,
switch gears, RMU, fault's isolating, working with transformers and testing cables.
• Supervising a group of technicians to achieve the fast and quality work done and write a daily report about all
fault's which were completed and what still need to be followed by other group.
• Supervise contractors while working for the company to fix the faults.
