• Operate the DCS panel to achieve optimum process performance.
• Change parameters to meet production plans and products specifications.
• Complete checks and tests for start-up.
• Achieve normal operating conditions after start-up.
• Troubleshooting problems affecting process conditions.
• Establish shut-down conditions in process systems and equipment.
• Regularly plan and organize maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain personal safety and the safety of others.
• Maintain plant conditions within safe operating and environmental limits.

• Benzene extraction by sulfolane
• Fired heater
• air compressors
• Cooling tower
• LP & MP steam boilers
• Sanitary
• Demineralizing water
•Prepare project estimates, budget and schedules.
•Help managing suppliers to facilitate prompt delivery of parts.
•Obtain permits to avoid disruption in project schedule.
•Coordinate project plans to execute major upgrades.
•Guiding technical teams in achieving project goals.
•Archive all project documentations.
• Provide safety training to explain safety laws and regulations.
• Explain safety procedures and discuss preventative strategies.
• Manage personnel hygiene, equipment protection, machine guarding, ... etc.
• Carry out investigations into incidents and accidents to find causes and make plans to prevent future occurrences and document them.
• Monitor operations and practices, ensuring teams stayed in line with health and safety best practices.
