My responsibility includes but not limited to:
Supervision of water supply activities:
•The Programmes Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the Water Supply in KAP and CC camps, works in close cooperation with Water Supply Programme manager in Zaatari and Contractor supplying water.
•He/she participates and at times leads in overseeing the resources (financial, HR and logistical) necessary for the implementation of the water supply activities, and reporting to WASH Programme Manager Hardware the needs of the program.
•He/she supervises the implementation of the water delivery system to camps:
•He/she plans the schedule of water truck dispatching operations as per program’s needs
•He/she supervises the control process ensuring that water brought into the camp is tracked down in terms of quantity and quality: monitoring the completion of vouchers and log books, compiling and cross-checking the data, ensuring quality controls are done as per minimum standards
•In collaboration with the Water Quality team, is responsible to monitor that only water which meets quality standards is brought into the camp.

Supervision of waste management/cleaning activities:
•The Programmes Coordinator is responsible to ensure fair CFW recruitment and equal opportunity given to Syrian refugees willing to work/participate in CFW scheme for cleaning communal areas and public WASH facilities.
•He/she will be focal point in communication with contractors responsible for collection of waste from sites and ensures contractors follow schedules
•He/she supervises the control process ensuring that waste collection from the camp is tracked down in terms of volume and quality: monitoring the completion of vouchers and log books, compiling and cross-checking the data, ensuring volume checks are done as per procedures
•He/she is responsible for ensuring that CFW systems are established and working well.

Supervision of WASH facilities maintenance activities:
•The Programmes Coordinator is responsible to ensure proper maintenance of WASH facilities are in place and necessary repair and maintenance works are done on timely and efficient manner, in collaboration with Zaatari Repair and Maintenance Programme Manager,
•Ensures stock management for WASH repair and maintenance items are in place in both camps, available for immediate response to fix issues related to WASH facilities

Coordination and implementation of Social Mobilization and Hygiene Promotion activities:
•The Programmes Coordinator will plan, schedule and follow up social mobilization and hygiene promotion activities are done in both camps in parallel, necessary messages are shared with community on time, in collaboration with Social mobilization and Hygiene promotion Programme managers in Zaatari.
•Through the community mobilization activities ensures that community is aware and proper communication on ACTED programs is in place, raising awareness amongst the community on WASH related issues.
•He/she assists the community in identifying its needs and requirements and conveys them to Zaatari Coordination in order to ensure these are taken into account as far as possible into ACTED programs.

Information sharing:
•The Programmes Coordinator is responsible for sharing information both to the field and from the field to Zaatari Coordination and other programs
•Identifies and reports to manager assets, vehicles and communication needs, issues or maintenance requirements for the WASH operations in the camps

Zaatari Manager will manage both project and support staff in the camp insuring projects and support functions adhere to LWF standards, policies and procedures. The Zaatari Manager will insure projects run in a timely manner according to Government, donor and LWF regulations. The focus of the postion will be on increasing programing in zaatari camp while improving the capacity of staff and volunteers in the camp.
Responsibilities:
Staff Development and Supervision:
- Support consultant team for all internal and external communication and provide all assistance might be required for the work of the supervisor or facilitator.
- Provide feedback for all consultant work including trainings and evaluations as they relate to educational programing.

Program Quality and Implementation:especially the most vulnerable.
- Analyze related reports, pre /post questionnaires, training evaluation results, writing weekly summary report indicating lessons learned, and work toward continuous improvement by documenting successes and challenges in the implementation. Prepare evidence/data based weekly and monthly reports to LWF and incidental reports as required.
- To the greatest extent possible, ensure cross cutting themes, mainstreaming Gender, environmental and disability aspects in the project cycle.
- Conduct field visits for donors when needed
- In coordination with the Protection Coordinator promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes in the activities.

Coordination and Representation:
- Attend LWF, government, and UNHCR relevant meeting as delegated, insuring coordination of data flow and lessons learned.
- Work with the PM on UNHCR/UNICEF relationship building and negotiation.

Financial and logistical responsibilities -.
- Ensure compliance with donor accounting and reporting requirements.

WASH Projects Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Zaatari & KAP Area Coordinator, the WASH projects coordinator is responsible for overseeing the social Mobilization programme in Zaatari (Hygiene promotion and community mobilization ) ensure positive engagement of the camp population towards WASH, water and waste water network projects, Water supply project, operation and maintenance and solid waste management and coordinate and responsible for overseeing, manging and supervising the WASH programmes activities in KAP refugee camp and providing reports according to established schedule .

S/he directly reports to Area Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 174 staff national and CFW, and 906 volunteers in both camps. supervising the activities of the SM and KAP WASH teams as planned with the Area Coordinator.
Functions
1. Plan, Coordinate and Supervise WASH activities:
The WASH projects coordinator is responsible and accountable for the performance of the Social Mobilization team, in terms of outputs, quality, efficiency and compliance in Zaatari Camp, also he/she will be responsible to coordinate, supervise and closely follow up on all WASH activities ongoing in King Abdullah Park with ACTED rules and policies.

Project Manager/Community Mobilization
Under supervision of the Social Mobilization (Hygiene Promotion and Community Mobilization) Program Manager, the CM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the Community Mobilization programme to ensure positive engagement of the camp population towards WASH and other ACTED programs and projects.
S/he directly reports to Social Mobilization Program Manager, and is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 60 staff, supervising the activities of the CM team as planned with the SM PM and the Area Coordinator.
1.1 Organisation and planning
- The WASH projects coordinator in collaboration with the AC, is responsible for planning and organizing the Social Mobilization strategy HPCM, campaigns and activities in the camp (including global and targeted campaigns) and allocating work amongst the SM staff members & Volunteer to ensure community engagement in the provision, construction and maintenance of WASH infrastructures and services and approach the behavioural change goals within the WASH goals.
- The WASH projects coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing resources and logistical requirements for the implementation of the Community Mobilization and hygiene promotion campaigns and activities, and reporting to the AC. And follow up all the planning at KAP camp (water supply, desludging, repair and maintenance and SWM projects)
- The WASH projects coordinator leads, in coordination with the AC, the strategic development of the community mobilization, hygiene promotion programs, and follow up on the UNICEF planning for the KAP cam.
1.2 Campaign development and activity design
- The WASH projects coordinator, in collaboration with the AC, is responsible for planning and implementing investigative and research activities to set social mobilization priorities, and to ensure the campaigns and activities are based on sound field-evidence. This includes community-based approaches that take into account vulnerabilities and basic needs.
1.3 Performance and quality monitoring
- The WASH projects coordinator is responsible, alongside the AC, for performance and quality oversight of the team, to ensure that standards and indicators are being met on both camps (Zaatari and KAP). This includes designing and implementing quality and performance improvement systems, and capacity building initiatives as required.
1.4 Ongoing mentoring and on-site training of staff to ensure continuous improvement
- Skills development: the WASH projects coordinator is responsible, alongside the AC, for the skills development of the SM team through development and implementation of training and mentoring. This should can be delivered either

• Supervises the daily activities of the Cash for Work (CfW) cleaners in the site (communal areas, WASH centers)
• Ensures that CfW attendance sheets are compiled daily and supports the Site Manager in the collection of all CfW-related documentation
