Work as a client at National Steel Fabrication factory 6thOctober and Ain ElSokhna branches for many projects such as:
Steel Structure for Kebifa cement project Ain Kebira (ALGERIA).
Supply and Fabrication of steel structure for Safwa II cement project (KSA).
Assuit simple power plant (Egypt).
With Responsibilities:
• Execute Welding and Quality Control Activities.
• Ensure that all welding are executed in accordance with all relevant codes of practice and company procedures.
• Support the Quality Control Manger/Supervisor for Non Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Verifying conformity of the work to specified Quality requirements and insuring that the inspection carried out and documented in accordance with the Quality Control plans.
• Check the suitability of the welding equipment, filler metal, preheating and the extent of repair.
Work as Metallurgical Engineer responsible for production process to produce low carbon steel from induction furnace used for rolling to produce Beams and Angles.
