• Coordinates with the auditors, internal controllers and insures the fulfillment of all their requests.
• Handling All Accounting cycle
• Processing contractors payments, Invoicing subcontractor and contractors, Client and Auditing contractors claims
• Administrative and personnel working, Handling Health insurance, social security and pension retirement issues
• Carrying out all other accounting activities as requested by the management.
• Cost controlling for all project and presenting of completion reports

Main Duties:
• Responsible for the supervision and control of the general ledger, payables, payroll, property, budget reporting, and statistical accumulation, taxes..etc
• Prepares financial MIS reports for financial analysis, forecasting, cash-flows, and results analysis.
• Assisting departments with annual budget preparation and budget reviews.
• Reviewing entries to the general and statistical ledgers to assure accuracy.
• Answers Inquiries and resolves complaints from the third parties.
• Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies.
• Coordinates with the auditors, internal controllers and insures the fulfillment of all their requests.

• Keeping up to-date monthly accounts, including Balance Sheet, Income statement and other financial reports,
• Producing monthly MIS reports as required by the Management,
• Consolidation of Branch accounts,
• Maintaining all proper documentation for all financial matters such as, Invoices, Fixed Assets register.
• Co-coordinating with the HO for accounting activities on a regular basis
