• Lead the creation, review, and control of operational documentation (policies, manuals,
procedures, work instructions), ensuring full compliance with maintenance, RHSQE standards,
and RDMC protocols.
• Review operation reports, spearhead the development of drills, and coordinate the creation of
an incident simulation booklet as a part of incident management.
• Strategically assign tasks to staff and supervise the timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage documentation related to technical specifications, resource allocation, and policy
enforcement.
• Manage document formatting, version control, updates, archiving, and support document
control teams to meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Plan and execute operational drills, train trial runs, and perform SAT, EWP, and OWP tests for
new phases, documenting outcomes and preparing evaluation reports for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with RHSQE, Maintenance (MNT), Engineering, and Production
teams to align documentation and operational activities.
