Position: Real Estate Manager
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for conducting the market study, preparing the expansion & closure plan, ensure availability of all information needed for new, renewed or closed stores.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
• New Stores;
o Collect all available data on any new store (construction status, the location gross leasable area "GLA", merchandise & tenant mix, anchors etc.)
o Negotiate with the Landlord the rate and location.
o Receive the location final offer and approve it from the COO.
o Prepare the new investment proposal according to the store category (Mega, Flagship, and Standard Stores)
o Ensure the payment reservation fees to the Landlord.
o Deliver the final approved leasing offer to the Leasing Administrator.
o Receive the location contract from the Leasing Administrator to review the commercial part.
o Coordinate with the Projects Department the new store plan.
• Renewal;
o Obtain information from operations and finance, to evaluate business performance of subject locations and long term continuity of business.
o Review & assess all lease agreements subject for renewal on a yearly basis, in order to evaluate various options to extend or terminate the leases.
o Negotiate with the location owner the rate.
o Receive the location final offer and approve it from the CSO according to the renewal plan.
o Deliver the final offer to the Leasing Administrator
o Receive the location contract from the Leasing Administrator to review the commercial part.

Position: Projects Manager
Responsibilities:-
* In-Charge for the entire existing as well as the incoming projects of Magrabi Optical in GCC (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Jordan)
* Successfully launched 42 projects.
Key Roles:-
* Creating the Shop per design requirements info. Depending on store visibility study.
* Design approval responsibility.
* Handling drawing submission to get approval from Mall Managements.
* Auditing and controlling Contractor quotations.
* Managing the interior fit out work.
* Direct communication with Vendors for all the required parts.
* Monitoring the progress in all the project stages with all departments.
