• Promote products and services of the company to current and prospective customers.
• Managing the home loan applications and advising the prospective clients on the various products and services that will be of great benefit to the clients from consultation to settlement.
• Follow-up with the Operations team in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of Sales applications.
• Determine the financial condition of the clients and recommends them with the best possible solutions that fit the clients' requirements.
• Conduct research in the market and to identify opportunities to market to tap the potential clients seeking home loans.
• Analyze the financial status of the client by collecting the financial information and data, and any other relevant personal information, and giving the client confidence that it will be kept completely confidential.
• Provide detailed information about Amlak's products and services to the clients and to guide them on the most suited financial option that will meet their requirements.
• Ensure that a thorough verification of the obtained financial data is done to determine the creditability of the applicant.
• Determine the eligibility criteria of the loan applicant and determine whether a particular individual's home loan should be approved or not.

• Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees.
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions, Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Work on store displays. Ensure pricing is correct.
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Approve contracts with vendors. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety measures are met.
• Preside over staff meetings, Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Help retail staff achieve sales targets. Manage different departments within the store.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and issues.
