Coaching& orchestrating front line product managers (around 29 countries) of NA region, for transmission solution matters, Aiming at providing best engineered solutions, optimized from OPEX & CAPEX points of views, realizing organizational goals for regional sales/key projects/key product. Reviewing &Approving solutions and BoQ’s developed by representative & Branch offices.

Responding RFI, RFP, , RFQ of regional customers.
Preparing the solution for giant & strategic projects in the region.
Strategy planning for key products & Key customers of region.
Competition analysis of the opportunities around the region.
Risk Assessment for Transmission projects & mitigation plan.
High level meetings & workshops with CXO, top management levels
Network insights & target network planning
Manage the internal process for bidding processes & handle the customer’s RFI, RFQ, RFP’s
Training colleague staffs periodically for the latest topics
Assessing colleagues for the Competence & Qualifications

My job scope included the following:
a) Managing & leading the Transmission Planning/ Deployment/ Operation& Maintenance activities all over Iraq-Zain.
b) Responsible for managing, leading & discussing the Transmission solution for 3G & HSxPA in cooperation with METCO’s Transmission planning team.
c) Responsible for deploying new transmission projects, managing METCO’s deployment teams, resolving obstacles to make sure end to end successful delivery of the project milestones.
d) Responsible for managing &supporting the L3 O&M services. leading METCO’s network operation team. Making sure the L3 Maintenance service smoothly done by our team through hardware vendors\{ Juniper, Ciena, Aviat, Tellabs, NEC\}.
e) Responsible for filling in the gaps among the Planning/ Deployment/ Operation& Maintenance teams. To make sure the integrated entity in front of end-user Zain Iraq.
f) Responsible for reporting the ongoing Project status to Zain-Iraq & METCO Management in Kuwait.
g) Responsible for the DCN network modernization plan.
Upraised to Manager for wireless & optical systems engineering @ NEC Cairo Liaison office.
Job scope includes:
a) Detailed System level designing for wireless MW transmission systems, Optical Networks, DCN planning, synchronization planning.
b) BOQ preparation,
c) Technical proposal preparation& response to RFI(s), RFP(s) RFQ(s); including system level description.
d) Preparing the RFP for third party materials& services, and negotiating third party suppliers to get the optimized proposals (Money, quality & Delivery time)
e) Customer meetings including conducting technical presentations to explain solutions to customer.
f) Customer support & consultancy to customer’s planning & implementation teams.
g) Follow up during project implementation for successful implementation.
h) Project Management support through implementation phase. By supporting implementation & operation subcontractor (s) for technical matter.
i) Supporting Customer’s Acceptance \{Factory Acceptance in Japan or Field acceptance\}
j) Certified as international instructor for NEC’s equipment training courses.
k) Expert for the designing and planning of transmission networks specially Microwave access, shorthaul and longhaul networks, Optical Networks, DCN planning, synchronization network planning.
l) Side Scope: Supporting the marketing activity in Sudan Market, Working as both marketing & engineering manager for Sudan Market
m) Involved &supported business: in Egypt, Sudan, Kenya, Yemen, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Turkey

Engineer in Charge of the domestic and regional pre-sales, technical support and after
