Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Design and install LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments.
Resolve technical problems with LANs, WANs, and other systems.
Supporting customer through phone to troubleshoot and solve ADSL connection problems.
Answer all inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Route problem tickets to different departments and following them up till problem resolution.
