I've worked in number of UTC Fire and Security i-sales instances, an application which handle Sales processes starting from the early appointments with prospect customers, through collecting customer information and ordered equipments in number of wizard steps till the approval of the contract and the generation of the specifications and contracts documents. We successfully deployed isales instance for UK, Australia, US, France and Canada.
