Health Quality Auditor: Covering mainly Facility management, Medical equipment, Radiology and Fire safety
o Plan audits, execute and prepare audit report
o Inspect physical facilities, equipment, accommodations, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with laws governing standards of sanitation, safety, acceptability of facilities, record keeping, staff competence qualifications, and ethical practices;
o Development and review of Audit tools;
o Advise applicants for approval of health care facilities on license application and rules governing operation of such facilities;
o Interview supervisors and employees to obtain facts about work practice or accident;
o Observe employees at work to determine compliance with safety precautions and safety equipment used;
o Recommend changes in facilities, standards, and administrative methods in order to improve services and efficiency, utilizing knowledge of good practices and legal requirements
o Produce reports of investigations, analyzing and producing statistics
o Develop and monitor key performance indicators;
o In- training for Universal Healthcare auditor
- Biomedical Engineer: Responsible for all the Medical Equipment in the Three Branches of TDMC from specifications to installation & user training, Capital Planning, PPM & CM
- Quality Supervisor: Overall Quality Management Tasks, creating & updated Policies & procedures, Following up HSE and Standards compliance, Inspection & corrective action
Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Safety In- charge
- Internal Preventive & Corrective maintenance for Electro-biomedical Equipment in female sections of the hospital
- Capital Planning & Tendering (Setting Specifications & evaluating proposals)
- Projects Management (ER Expansion project, new dialysis unit…etc).
- Quality assurance, Safety Recalls & development mentoring
- External Preventive & Corrective maintenance scheduling & follow up
- Coordinating the installation of new devices, this includes carrying on physical check, safety check and calibration …etc
