o Being in direct contact with the different research executive and field team to provide them with all the needed specifications of each project.
o Acting ad team leader for both FMCG and Non FMCG products.
o Trainer for junior coordinator on Nielsen projects standards such as SEC, Recruitment etc…
o Providing an ongoing training on complete range of tools and applications required to maintain and manage qualitative data to the required quality standards.
o Replying to client & executives inquiries.
o Preparing all project documentations such as out of pocket expenses, salaries, schedule and update the existing database.
o Present Egypt office in the multi national’s projects.
o A joiner moderator and analyzer.
o Take the initiative to design full database with all details to project respondent.
o One of Nielsen creative team - creating standards related to process, communications, client relation and different cycle flow.
