•Established the PR strategy for key markets and worked with local teams to set up Emirates Transport’s Consumer Confidence and the Knowledge Leadership events engaging key media and customers to position Emirates Transport as a true knowledge provider in the transportation space
•Managed the implementation and measurement of the marketing activities (above and below the line) after revamping the company’s brand image and identity to suite the private market’s needs, and created a campaign to reintroduce the company to the market with outreach to other emirates catering to new and existing customers.
•Planned digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising while maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels improving web presence and website traffic by ~15% in one quarter of business.
•Responsible for coordinating trade exhibitions and provide support to customer teams in building out their materials.
•Built close business relationships with the suppliers and customers while comparing the organizations offered services with the competitors to support the various business units in enhancing their offering to better market and promote the offerings.
