• Participate in hospital preparation for JCI accreditation
• Conducted patient tracers for gap analysis and formulated action plans.
• Coordinated the identification, selection, implementation, and monitoring of 78 key performance indicators, 5 clinical practice guidelines, 8 hospital wide and 42 departmental improvement action plans.
• Deployed FOCUS PDCA, SIX SIGMA methods for more than 20 cross - functional teams from clinical, support and administrative departments to improve the patient care while exceeding performance targets, with results that include but not limited to:
− 50 per cent decrease in the rate of Central line associated blood stream infection (CLABSI) in ICU
− 75 per cent increase in door to balloon within 90 minutes in STEMI patients
− 50 Per cent increase in Door to needle within 60 minutes in STROKE patients
− 100 per cent decrease in chemotherapy preparation time
• Delivered more than 50 lectures for quality and patient safety for all staff to change the culture of patient safety and improve the staff engagement in Quality improvement process.

• Participated in hospital preparation for Egyptian accreditation.
• Reviewed & edited more than 50 hospital wide policies and procedures in compliance with national standards
• Participated in 5 improvement projects that improve Quality of care and patient safety, with results that include but not limited to:
- 75 per cent decrease in rate of hospital fall
- 50 per cent increase in compliance with hand hygiene
- 50 per cent decrease in rejected lab specimen
- 50 Per cent decrease in the cancellation of elective surgeries
• Collect, measure and analysis of 30 hospital indicators and develop 15 improvement action plans.
• Conduct 10 root cause analysis of OVRs.
