 Maintaining the Demand Management (Product forecast) based on the historical data.
 Maintaining a proper stock levels by setting a healthy safety stock, re-order point and target stock (Min, Max) and manage a stock transfer orders between organization’s stores.
 Initiating OOS and overstock reports on weekly/monthly basis and set an action plans with traders and marketing team to avoid shortages and prepare effective liquidation plans for excess inventory.
 Ensure all materials and services required by the Company are sourced and procured in a timely, safe and cost effective manner in accordance with appropriate Company policies, procedures and processes.
 Reviewing and validating all purchase requisitions.
 Obtaining multiple quotations as per Company’s process.
 Issue timely Purchase orders with complete details.
 Track and Expedite deliveries.
 Working closely with Finance and Contracts to ensure smooth Procure to Pay process
 Close all open POs in a timely manner.
 Identify and materialize opportunities of buying from alternate markets.
 Handle shipping rates and regularly meet with freight forwarders
 Responsible for all Abyat's Shipments, ensuring their on-time arrival, and choosing the best shipping lines and rates.
 Follow up with shippers to prepare all export documents and load goods on time
 Track shipments on multiple shipping lines
 Prepare monthly progress reports for the top management.
 Update shipment status on SAP system.
 Create planned cost for inbound shipments.
 Revise the credit invoices received from forwarders.
 Monitoring and control open purchase orders within a business unit until receiving the materials (GR) in 3PL/2PL and ensure the PDT with the suppliers.



 Train newly-joined employees and create operation manuals for them.
