• Responsible for the planning activities of all forecasts & and plans and ensures their reporting across the different platforms.
• Works closely with all Organizations heads to make sure the required data is provided; decisions are assessed financially.
• Works with all functions on ensuring clear visibility on results and proper control of OPEX, and CAPEX spending of all departments and sales.
• Collects, challenges, and consolidates data from the business partners.
• Ensures alignment with management goals and prepares presentations required for management reviews.
• Responsible for all financial/managerial reporting in corporate systems and support other
functions reporting.
• Ensures completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly required reporting.
• Collects data from the accounting team and ensures the application of all systems adjustments.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures from the reporting aspect and ensures the proper documentation of all supporting documents.
• Responsible for handling the correct mapping and allocation of in and out cross charges.
• Supports other functions in completing their reporting
• Prepares all management review decks to assist management track performance and forecast.
• Provides financial consultation for all business departments with a special focus on commercial functions.
• Prepares required analysis & and feasibility studies for acquisitions, and investments to facilitate decision-making on initiatives and programs.

Responsible for executing activities related to Costing and Accounts Closing, MIS Preparation, Trial Balance Review, Financial statements preparations, Handling Audits & the costing
Overview of activities:
Managing finance and accounts of a mid/large scale MNC manufacturing company.
Working with manufacturing MNC preferably FMCG.
Factory provision booking.
Perform monthly costing in SAP.
Allocate variances on brands using absorption costing.
Prepare monthly Brand wise profitability MIS as well as overall profitability MIS.
Prepare Material Price variance report and material Wastage reports, Gross Contribution Variance analysis, Sales volume and value variances, variable overhead variance analysis, Product mix variances.
Prepare Balance sheet from SAP and prepare cash flow statements.

Preparation of annual budgets and monthly cost center wise analysis and reporting
of variances
Implementation, Monitoring, and Control of Budgets through timely reporting and
meeting with departmental heads
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and performance measurement
reports.
Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control
purpose and to make recommendations
Maintaining Cost Accounting System
Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function
Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing
standard costs to actual production costs
Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from the
management of current rates to monthly close and analysis
Support the Project Cost Team in the development of a standard costing system
Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting
prices and profitability of products or services.
Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to
operations management

Oracle E-Business Suite, determine the actual cost of the product, cost control Provide planning for data purposes. Assistance in policy formulation
and rationalization of management decisions, Inventory valuation . Authenticate supplier accounts . Follow up supplier accounts and payment
systems as per policies
