Leading the revitalization of the building materials category across SACO mega-stores through the (SOSTAC) analysis model:

Key Accomplishments:
• Built a team of professional corporate sales agents across three regions who successfully finalized strategic relationships agreements of corporate deals and employee loyalty programs with the Saudi market leaders “SABIC, STC, MAADEN, TASNEE, ROYAL COMMISSION, EMAAR, KAEC, SIPCHEM, HUWAWI”.
• Designed and oversaw the life cycle of sales and SOP for the B2B team activities from contact to handover.
• Initiated bidding business for large-scale projects, including compounds, hotels, staff accommodations, and residential projects.
• Launched and delivered the Gift Cards project across KSA retail outlets and corporate.
• Managed the initiation project through a cross-functional team (Buying, supply chain, marketing, and IT due to the different B2B business model (projects/bulk sales).
• Designed and maintained an innovative strategy for the office furniture company's B2B sales operating model to focus on customer experience, and driving financial value to streamline a profitable business.
• Managed the projects/tenders starting from the procurement aspect with worldwide suppliers (Global, Della, Valantina Office, Frezza, Offifran, Fursys, Benithem, Ross, Burotime, Okamura, Emmegi, OFS, Dexon, and Uchida).
Key Accomplishments:
• Built a professional sales team approaching the Architect Consultants society to specify Almana & partners Co. products and brands of office partition/furniture which the company represents in the Qatari market.
• Quadrupled the annual sales volume and turned the low margin into a profitable business through negotiating the suppliers, strengthening the sales team, and leading from the front.
• Managed projects for the primary health care center, Qatar Foundation, Doha port, Ruwais port, Community college, Amiri Guard - shooting range, Qatar petroleum, Qatar Rail, Adara, Dulsco, Qapco, and Qatar University.
Cultivated and up-sold customer, leading furniture sales for both office and residential and in the private and public sectors; Performing the procurement activities with various suppliers to execute the tendered projects.
Key Accomplishments:
• Initiated the first contact with the architect and the interior designer to specify AMF's products and brands of home, hotel, office furniture, and finishing works for turnkey projects.
• Managed large projects such as Petro-Rabegh Phase II Office & Residential project representing global brands (Realconcept, Lazeboy, Hon, Lamex, Gautier, Natuzzi, Italsofa, and Ndesign).
• Initiated governmental tenders for Hael University project.
Managed a number of teams, including the Sales and Contracts Engineers team (five Applied Arts Engineers), Design Office Engineers (producing 2D, 3D, Shop drawings, and working drawings), Installation engineers and workers (14), and collectors. Sought, developed, and submitted tenders. Negotiated with contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors. Collaborated with large clients, including hotels and large office projects, to identify client needs and develop tenders that met those needs.

• Achieved Revenues of 48, 000, 000 L.E.
• Monitored contractor work for quality assurance, inspecting installations in the field of revolving doors, windows, fire-rated doors, furniture, curtains, and office workstations among other things.
• Managed large-scale projects, such a Rahma International Hospital, Fairmont Residence Zamalek guestrooms, Golden Coast Hotel, Movenpick Safaga Hotel, and Air Forces Hospital, among others.
• Earned promotion from Senior Sales Professional, a position I held from February 2003 to December 2008.
