Project : Extension of Pipeline size 1000 mm dia. ( Fresh Water ) & 800 mm dia. (Desalination water) from Sumed water pumping station in Ain Sokhna to South Sokhna.
• Study and understand the project scope of work.
• Create and manage a construction project budget based on the project cost estimation.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to the completion.
• Point of contact with the Client for communication and execution of detailed planning activities.
• Manage & Solve short-term activities issues.
• Identifying gaps and raises the issues to Top Management.
• Preparing documents associated with construction and project management.
• Coordinating with all Site Construction Team.
• Attend meetings with Management / Client to discuss and review the project progress.
• Schedule follow up and updating according to site conditions.
• Preparing and distributing progress reports to Client & Top management.
• Follow up with the Client, Suppliers & Subcontractors.
• Cost monitoring through productivity rate calculations and quantity surveys.
• Ensure that all safety precautions implemented according to project safety policy.

DUTIES:

DUTIES:
Review approved isometric drawings prior to execution of the required works.
Prepare work schedule in coordination with the installation team.
Survey the quantity which will be fabricated in the Fabrication shop.
Make daily updated reports for fabrication shop according to project specification (joint number, dia inch or linear meter).
Supervision all fabrication activities on fabrication shop.
Follow up with installation team for all lamination joints activities for GRV/GRE lines from the client and main contractor/s for timely, organized and safe execution of the required works.
Prepares method statements for non-standard / modification works during installation.
Make technical queries for site problems if required and close it out with engineering dept
Monitoring site activities and site supervisors.
Coordinate with the client all the requirements for installation, testing and commissioning.
Arrange mobilization of manpower and equipment to site.
Report progress of works on daily or weekly basis including technical, non-conformities and logistical issues at site for corrective action by the Company’s managements.
Ensure safety of site personnel at site.
Follow up with installation team & QC for Clearing all punch list items to release the test package for hydro test.
Follow up for clearing all punch list items for reinstatement.

DUTIES:
Prepare & Mobilize Site work.
Make paper work ( procedures - method statement - job safety analysis - schedule plan for target)
Read & Understand project specification along with checking all relevant drawing and documents.
Assure that the site survey is matching to design drawings
Follow up material take off and review with the last revision drawing.
Supervision all structure steel installation activities.
Supervision all piping installation activities.
Coordinate with the Q.C/Q.A dept
Make technical queries.
Attend meetings with our managements to discuss the progress.
Ensure that all safety precautions implemented according to safety specification.

DUTIES:
Check & Review Work Order Scope, Documents & Drawings. Include ( Isometric Drawing & Pipe-Supports Details)
Take off Bill of Quantities from drawings.
Preparing the required materials (Pipes, Valves, Supports & Fittings)
Prepare the welding Maps & choose the most suitable points for Field weld joints according to site surveying
Preparing Work Packages for construction activities & method of statements as KNPC Procedures..
Coordinating & Arranging with QC Team for all Procedures requirements to submit to KNPC.
Preparing work plan according to work time schedule.
Arrange for Scaffolding work.
Make sure that all Spools fabrication according to the last revision drawing.
Follow up (blasting & Painting), pre-fabrication and fabrication for new pipe lines.
Coordinating with Piping Supervisor to insure that daily target work finish on time with no delay.
Reporting to the Project manager about the current work progress.
Complete installation for pipelines & fittings.
Check with QC Department to record all data about welding joints ( Shop & Field Joints)
Coordinating & Arranging with QC Inspection team for RT For Pipelines and make sure that Quality of work as per KNPC Standard.
Follow up to Complete Hydro Test, Flushing & Touch Up Painting.
Discuss with QC for Punch listing submission to KNPC.
Follow up with Commissioning team.
B- WO.65: EXECUTION OF MODIFICATION WORKS OF OLD REFINERY NEW CPI-V-11-100 AT UNIT -11 IN MAA REFINERY

Prepare mobilization plan for all required resources
Preparing work plan according to work time schedule
Preparing Work Packages for construction activities & method of statements as KNPC Procedures..
Preparing all required piping materials.
Coordinating with Piping Supervisor to insure that daily target work finish on time with no delay
Preparing welding maps and start prefabrication for piping & Fittings Shop joints.
Supervision all fabrication activity on fabrication shop.
Follow up for installation of piping connection to new pumps inside the Pit.
Monitoring the daily progress of all scope till submitting to KNPC.
Record all data for field welding joints & alignment test for 2 new pumps.
Coordinating & Arranging with QC Inspection team for RT and hydro test for piping connection & make sure that Quality of work as KNPC requirements.
Responsible for clearing pre-test punch list and post- test punch list
Arranging for touch up painting.
Coordinating With QC Department for preparing Punch listing and submit to KNPC.
Follow up with Commissioning team and handover to KNPC.
C- WO.10: REPLACEMENT OF PREHEATERS IN HP UNITS (unit -48, 49&88 MAA)
DUTIES:
Check & Review Work Order Scope, Documents & Drawings. Include (P& ID, Isometric & Supports Details)
Prepare Material as Drawings required.
Preparing work plan according to work time schedule.
Follow up of Demolish and removal of exiting Air pre-heater.
Follow up of Installation of new APHs.
Supervision the pre-fabrication and fabrication new pipe lines.
Supervision all welding joints & installation of all new pipe lines.
