Manage & utilize Quality Assurance/Control teams to ensure that objectives are achieved.

Maintain discipline in a manner that is a fair & consistent in the interest of substantive & procedural fairness.
Project Management for VW Germany & Slovakia for Golf plus & up models, Toyota Egypt for fortuner model.
Managing project Plan, team, risk, schedule, budget, conflicts.
Dealing with 270 oversea suppliers, issuing all SPQRs (Supplier Problem Quality Report) for defected parts, discusses improvement actions & liabilities.
Prepare quality evaluations for all suppliers regularly & send it to the mother site. Which support in suppliers overall evaluation.
Conduct process audits to the local suppliers.
Goods inwards quality activities/GRI: Managing the samples inspection for components.
Manage all quality activities for the plant stores.
Approving the PPAP / PSW for new & modified components.
Issue, review, update local procedures, in accordance to ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001.
Handling and managing external audits (customer audits, TS16949, ISO14001).
Approving the PPAP / PSW for new & modified components.
Manage a team for processing the IMDS (International material data system) for Egypt, Romania, UK customers.
Manage and utilize Engineers, Team Leaders to ensure that quality objectives are achieved.
Monitor the daily/weekly/monthly assembly defects & analyze it & co-ordinates between other departments to reduce it & to achieve the company target PPM (defected Parts per Million).
A member of a team to achieve the quality continuous improvement in all production processes.
Handling customer concerns & co-ordinate between relevant departments for investigating root cause of concern ensure taking the necessary containment, corrective and preventive actions.
Issue, review, update FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), visual aids for operators.
