all project phases starting from site surveys, preparing technical & commercial
offers, procurement, erection, commissioning and start-up for all provided
equipment within the project in addition to the as built drawings.

SOKNA cement plant responsible for complete project of alternative fuel for line 3
and 5.
Main objective is coordination between different parties to ensure smooth
implementing the project according to technical requirements and project schedule
within the Contract costing.
Planning of maintenance work involves making provision for everything needed to
complete the work in terms of resources (labors, parts, tools and handling gear), and to
define an “action plan” in order to ensure that this work is as efficient, as safe and as
inexpensive as possible.
Including all project phases starting from procurement, erection, commission and
startup for all provided equipment within the project.
Acting as Site manger during the startup and commissioning phase for line 5.

Enlarge the supplier network by introducing new competent suppliers complying
with El-SEWEDY standards indicating the KPI’s of each supplier in terms of delivery,
price, support and commitments.
