The scope of work is determined by defining the works that will be included in the project, and other works that will not be part of the project. Time Management: It is through managing the processes related to the completion of the project within a specific time, by defining and following up the activities and estimating their resources and the time needed to implement them, as well as developing and controlling the schedule. Cost Management: It determines the costs and budget necessary to establish the project. Quality Management: This is done by defining the necessary methods to reach the maximum levels of idealization and perfection in the project field while maintaining sustainability and survival. Integration Management: It is done by defining, defining, grouping and coordinating the various management processes and activities of the project within the project management process group.
Planning scheduled preventive maintenance.
Responding to any kind of meltdown.
Diagnose faults and prepare repair equipment.
Supervising the engineering and technical staff
Obtain specialized fixtures and fittings
Managing budgets.
Keep records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Create maintenance procedures.
Supply inventory management.
Maintenance of mechanical systems.

Design of HVAC systems ( DX & CHILD WATER ) using
HAP program.
* Design of Firefighting systems using ELIT program .
*Supervision of the project and follow-up
developments from start to finish .
*Prepare schedules & control workflow to ensure timely delivery project.
* Responsibility for delivery firefighting works to civil protection

* Execution the central A/C works in the offices
of the Saudi Telecom Company, including :-
1-Ensure and review the specifications of the materials used in the project according to specifications.
2-Supervising the manufacture, assembling and
suspension of air ducts with ceilings and insulation according to specifications and according to SMACNA.
3- installation the internal & external units according to specifications.
* Execution the firefighting works, including:-
1-Check the elements of the fire network of
pipes, pumps, hangers, sprinklers, valves and others according to specifications.
2-Supervising the installation according to NFPA.
3-Test and deliver the network.
