Maintained a smooth hotel operation to accommodate 3004 guest for Hajj season 1438H.

Managed to add a Parking on site as a free added value for hotel guests.
Assist in creating a positive team-oriented environment which focuses on the guest, through employee development and motivation which led to raise Booking.com’s customer review score from 6.5 to 8.7.
Achieved the revenue of SR 3.000.000 for the month of Ramadan 1438H over budget %10.
