Establish, create and develop regional sales plans and quotas including
annual budgets forecasts in alignment with business objectives for North
Region (Madinah, Yanbu, Tabuk, ) to be proposed to Top Management.
Set goals with clear direction and monitor performance of Direct Reports
including 20 North Region Sales Team members.
Follow desired standards of consistency, fairness and honesty upholding
Company Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving,
facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
Achieve North Regionʼs revenue and profitability quotas for Company
products as they are sold into all customer segments within North Region.
Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells
and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to North Regionʼs
customers.
Direct the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource
deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in
accordance with corporate objectives.
Evaluate metrics on product lines and instruct team members to adjust
inventory appropriately
Inform on competitive services, promotional matter, sales technique,
pricing and marketing policies.
Hire, train, set goals and monitor performance of sales representatives
and direct reports.
Set goals with clear direction and monitor performance of Direct Reports
including 45 All region Sales Team members.
Achieve All region revenue and profitability quotas for Company products
as they are sold into all customer segments within All region.
Increase Direct Distribution Routes from 13 to 15 in Dammam
