• Provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer.
• Use lync program as remote solution for solving technical issues occurred with our customer.
• Diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs.
• Perform technical escalations in line with company procedure.
• Monitor systems using PRTG tool, and deal with alerts and events as appropriate.
• Document all troubleshooting and case management actions via the electronic case management system.
• Deal with network devices like cisco ASA 5500, cisco switches, Internet routers
• Troubleshoot VPN problems with our clients.
• Use Nessus program to collect information in the network.
• Fix technical problems related to IP cisco phones.
• Able to deal with Linux servers like installing and run commands on them.
• Use VMware programs like virtual box, VMware work station and citrix xenapp.
