•Responsible for the whole Telecom business in the company in terms of Technical Consultancy, Chip qualifications, Application Developments, OS Selection, Production Guidance and Support, Sales Support, Company presentations and After Sales Technical Support.
•Successful qualifications and handling the telecom business with many Mobile Operators like STC, Mobily, Zain, VIVA, Sudatel and Friendi.
•Profile deployments (2G/3G), STK development using WML, , JavaCard and Native language. Implement new projects for NFC and M2M.
•Develop Software applications for the Technical and Production Departments.
•Have the basics for the EMV Cards Production and technical requirements.
•Responsible for the Technical Department which handling the technical qualifications of RockSIM (SIM-USIM, Java - Native, WIB1.3, S@T, OTA functionality) upon LOGOS or Bantry OS with several GSM customers like (Mobilink, Banglalink, Djezzy, Zain, WIND Hellas, Telecel RCA, LEO ....) and the technical qualifications of RockFON with phone memory cards customers (like NileTelecom "Ringo", Menatel, Maroc Teelcom).
•Design all the needed programs for the customers, production and tests to be developed by the C++ & Java developers and test the produced programs.
•Implement Smart Cards solutions for several companies using the different memory chips.
•Full responsibility for the technical and developing teams in terms of projects, plan, trainings, achievements and evaluation.
•Supply the production department with the personalization data, the needed tools & testers.
•React to all the technical requirements for the various customers; prepare the technical offers for the SIM Tenders.
•Building the whole profile for different GSM Operators and finalize the qualification process.
•Contribution in a lot of Supplying GSM Cards Tenders for different GSM operators.
•Designing a lot of tools that test the SIM card file system and other tools that serve the production department and the GSM Customers.
•Being the main contact for the technical Support for the service after sale and solve many problems regarding the SIM card.
•Lead a team of technical engineers, C and Java Developers, decide their tasks according to the company needs, check and test their work, evaluate their performance.
•Perform the Technical Qualifications for the prepaid phone customers.
•Handling the Commercial Orders from the different GSM Operators.
•Fix any technical problem regarding the data on the SIM.
•Assure the quality of the final product.
•Responsible for the production of the (RockFon) prepaid Phone Card and RockSIM (GSM Cards).
•Handling and supervising the Production over a Personalization System contains Plastic Sheets Punching, Plastic Card Printing, Personalizing and Wrapping machines. (Metronic, Muehlbauer, Oasys, and PFM machines).
•Manage the machine operators and plan for the production shifts.
