Contributing consistent content to solidify the overall Andariya’s digital content growth on the website and social media
• Supporting social media growth and relevant content to Sudanese audiences by monitoring digital landscapes and sharing relevant cultural links

• Strengthening SUDIA’s internal communications and working to mainstream communication
across the organization;
• Enhancing and overseeing the organizations online and social media presence through
frequent updates and posts on Facebook, Twitter and Website.
• Supporting SUDIA programs/projects with their communications needs (e.g.
editorial/translation services, production of materials for print/electronic/voice/visual and
social media outreach);
• Produce and internally distribute monthly reports on the Communication Unit, including
gathering and analyzing website and Facebook traffic statistics;
• Contributing to planning of and arrangements for SUDIA training events and workshops, in
particular regarding the design and production of print/audio-visual materials;
• Organizing and delivering occasional training to staff, partners or beneficiaries on
communication tools (Email, G+, Google Calendar, Twitter, Facebook, etc.);
• Develop, maintain and update the organizations contacts database, email/distribution lists,
and photo/video archives;
• Manage and expand relations with external media stakeholders and partners, including the
press;
• Producing and distributing an electronic newsletter for the organization;
• Attending conferences/briefings as a SUDIA representative and participating in staff
meetings and SUDIA events/workshop;
• Undertaking field work and out-of-office assignments as may be called for from time to time;
• Remain appraised of issues affecting SUDIA, its partners and wider policy areas and
communicate key information to staff;
• Administrative duties as required (these will be kept to a minimum).
