Serve in the development of complex contracts for materials, supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with applicable
laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standard business practices to ensure effective, efficient, and equitable contracting
and purchasing services
Prepare, recommend, present, and negotiate complex, novel, and/or unique contracts and leases of equipment, materials,
supplies, and services
Receive, evaluate, analyze, and present bid responses within established specification, terms, and conditions requirements and
recommends appropriate action
Development, preparation, interpretation, and revision of technical specifications for the procurement and lease of materials,
equipment, and lease of services; and applicable laws and policies governing public contracting and purchasing
Research and recommend cost-effective methods for procuring and leasing materials and supplies based on need, cost, and
storage facilities; evaluate and recommend use of lot bidding for procurements; and evaluate and recommend lease or buy
options for diverse stakeholders
Develop, prepare, recommend, and present complex technical procurement specifications and bidding documents for products
and services for formal bidding

Develop and implement procurement plans and policies that align with the companys objectives
Lead the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating proposals, and selecting
those that offer the best value
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scopes of work and procurement specifications that meet program objectives
Negotiate contracts and agreements that ensure the best possible terms and conditions for the company
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they understand the companys needs and requirements
Develop and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities
Ensure that procurement activities are performed in compliance with the companys policies and procedures

Supervising Import, Export And Transportation Operations
Manage and oversee all warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring all operational goals are met
Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods
Use logistics IT systems to optimize procedures
Direct, coach, and supervise warehouse and transportation staff
Develop and maintain a positive working environment conducive to high employee morale and productivity
Train new employees in warehouse processes and safety procedures
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and inventory transactions
Lead the process of scheduling drivers, customer deliveries, and printing and posting of deliveries

Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data
Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning
