Complete analysis of production process in order to implement an enterprise resource planning system to manage inventory, track stock and manage the production orders based on material requirements planning.
- Evaluation, implementation and control production process of Pre-cast elements (HCS slabs, Pre-stressed beams, pre- Stressed TT slabs and other elements) in order to increase capacity, optimize costs and resources used.
- Inspecting civil engineering works, organizing and supervising works.
- Optimum control of workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data and production schedules to ensure usage of resources is cost effective.
- Establish programs for the coordination of precast concrete, Production, transportation and installation activities.
