Looking after parts and service after sales for Zahid ER major accounts:
* Supervising and leading, objectives setting, coaching and performance
monitoring of the assigned aftermarket sales team.
* Responsible to develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy in conjunction
with sales strategies and company goals.
* Continuously develop and achieved partnerships with the ER fleet customers by
building business and personal relationships at all levels.
* Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan with the product support
manager/regional sales manager, to achieve 100% of the revenue and profit
targets pertinent to Zahid ER customers.
* Analyze and interpret data using CRM and the assigned salesforce to track
performance, sales activity, customers demand, and identify sales leads.
* Maintain periodic visits to major clients to keep relationships established.
* Developing a business plan and strategy for each salesman to align with the
company goals, objectives and monitor the performance using the CRM.
* Prepare and organize training courses for the customers as well as Zahid sales
team to introduce our new products & technology.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze and evaluate the results.
* Conducting market survey and research to develop our product line, identify gaps
and opportunities to increase company market share over the competition.
* Prepare and update Parts and service sales agreements.
* Biding preparation& reviewing of the RFQ technically and commercially.
* Maintain consistent and regular communication with all departments (Sales,
Service & Finance) to ensure a coherent, integrated approach to petroleum
accounts.
