•Payable payments: monitoring creditors’ invoices, credit notes, debit notes and their accounts.
•Inventory supervision: update cost price for raw materials in Baan system, inventory reconciliations and closing factories orders.
•Negotiate LCs documents with banks and follow up negotiation until payments is settled
•Providing assistance customers in using Online Technical software and insure after implementing the software that customers are able to perform the work correctly.
•Performing work using COMSYS system.
•Account payables: managing suppliers’ accounts by receiving and verifying invoices, preparing payable aging report and follow up payments.
•Cash control: perform cash reconciliations over petty cash and bank accounts
