Costing Clerk
Responsible for: • Checking the completeness of the job cards regarding all documentation and all required signatures
• Preparing and reviewing all invoices (Spare parts, Labor and consumable) and all calculations
• Preparing daily summary report for finished invoices with their amounts
• Maintaining adequate book-keeping systems
• Monitor invoices situation using the AS400 and Pro-Active system
• Monitor completed but not invoiced vehicles situation
• Member of Parts received count committee
• Member of annual stock count committee
• Cashier for invoices when required
