Personal Care Division - Middle East & Africa
- Providing sales and marketing teams with relevant training and recommendation on products and product applications.
- Holding and developing technical presentations and demonstration techniques to partners and customers.
- Product qualification including field tests for new products.
- Supporting Local Outsourcing Team.
- Coordinating with Global Technical Team.

- Following up with raw material quality control activities, which include nonwoven materials and super adsorbent polymers.
- Following up with product performance laboratory activities, which include absorption and tensile strength tests.
- Leading a team of more than 20 quality controllers and inspectors through quality control activities.
- Using SAP ERP system (MM, QM, PP, WM Modules), being the key user of QM Module.
- Insuring application of ISO 9001:2008 standards as a ember of ISO 9001:2008 internal audit team.
- Co-operating with production department to insure process reliability and waste minimization.
- Supervised the construction and start-up process of Hayat Egypt plant.
- Responsible for operating of chemical engineering and unit operations lab equipment, as well as preparation of required chemicals.
- Assisting in teaching chemical engineering lab course.
- Supervising the installation and maintenance of the laboratory equipment.
- Insuring safety measures during lab use.
B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering - Cairo University - Egypt. Senior year elective courses: Water Treatment, Biochemical Industries. Graduation project: acrylic acid production by partial oxidation of propylene in vapor phase, with the detailed design of the reactor used in the process. Project grade: Excellent.
