As Finance director for north west africa My main project in the current role :
Manage local integration after a global acquisition
Create finance and supply chaine department for new entity
Design the new working flow & Harmonize processes
Trasfer accounting and controlling activity to the hub
Systems integration
Finance and supply chain Manager Algeria:
• Finance
Management of all local finance and administration operations, prepare the financial planning process, preparation of company budget, analytical review of accounts with explanations of deviations from budget, prepare financial reporting & forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment of financial forecast to the sales forecast, manage the monthly closing and comment P&L, implementation of standard operating procedures, control payroll process.
Supply chain management:
Coordinate between head office, factories and local distributor, follow the finished product from ordering until delivering to the distributor, prepare supply chain monthly reporting and organise year-end inventory counting.
Miscellaneous:
Support the regional HR Team in local management and regulation as there is no HR based in Algeria; Plan and organise external and internal audits;
Lead new office project (starting from site exploration, negotiation, layout, moving and final installation).
• Responsible for conducting field audits within national and multinational companies to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
• intervene on both legal and contractual audits of companies of different businesses (pharmaceutical and chemicals industry, food industry, oil & gas industry, automotive, telecommunication and services ...etc)
• In charge of preparing detailed reports on audit findings and suggesting recommendations to improve our clients’ accounting and management practices.
• provide support to the manager, maintains communication and updates him on the work progress.

Related to CFO my role include : follow bank accounts, update bank statements, control and keying accounting
PV’s on system(PC Compta), opening letters of credit in bank, make bank reconciliation, follow fiscal issues, preparation of monthly tax
declaration, preparation of found transfer Authorization files, in charge of bank and administrative relationship.
Related to supply chain director my role include: conception and flowing of Executive dashboard of
import center and supply chain, inventory management, making product arrival forecast, calculate storage cost, Contribute to develop a local supply chain application (trackmee), and analyze supply chain vulnerability >>.
Related to CFO my role include : making treasury forecast, follow six bank accounts,
update bank statements, control and Input bank charges on accounting system(ORACLE), opening letters of credit in bank, make bank
reconciliation and contribute to monthly closings.
Gain exposure to BP Finance and Accounting standards and other related activities. My role include: Provide support to Finance
and Accounting Department; Run cash book and petty cash book activities; Participate in payroll process activity; Review monthly bank
reconciliation; Contribute to internal control processes; Review balance sheet reconciliation; Contribute to monthly closings and journals
preparations; Conduct assets inventory; Participate in quarterly forecasts and analyses for actual Vs. budget.
