• Provide technical support to the installer and technician regarding installation & termination of conversion of Security System & Fire Protection System.
• Responds to emergency calls and assists the clients regarding the problem of the system.
• Attend weekly meetings with Facilities management engineer & manager to discuss about the progress of the maintenance and issues.
• Site visit and inspection the various building under the maintenance to ensure the quality of the service.

• Handling project of fiber optic from Saudi Telecom Company by following the standard requirements from civil up to installation of fiber optic to the home and follow the design plan.

• Supervise the fiber optic technician team for the splicing and other additional requirements or modification from S.T.C.
