I managed and delivered successfully a 400 million SAR bunker project.
Throughout the project, I worked diligently and with great attention to detail to ensure the successful implementation of all the project's essential elements, including logistics, HSE, structural, architectural, furniture, Tier 4 DATA CENTRE, MEP, low current, (CBRN) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear threat protection systems, Tetra, renovation of an existing helipad, and luxurious interior finishes.

During this role, I managed a military project of King Faisal Air Academy consist of 130 buildings including two data centres . I am actively engaged in planning, testing, and commissioning for MEP activities. I have organized meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. I have delivered technical input to the contractual letters. I have evaluated subcontractors' progress and invoices.
Key accomplishments:
• Directed technical and construction teams to deliver the shop drawings and to efficiently complete the installation on site.
• Ensured no scope gaps or scope creep, and approved the contracts of all subcontractors. while defining the technical scope of work.

While performing this role, I delivered projects such as DELL Data Centre; Cancer treatment centre; University of Wollongong; Fitness First; and Belrose Mall. I trained and mentored design teams on time with almost zero RFIs. Additionally, I was engaged in consultation and coordination with engineers of other disciplines. I managed the multiple MEP projects from the initial to the final stage. I created fee proposals and variations to projects and allocated resources. I created project proposals, hourly rates, hours of effort, and cost contingencies and understood all services required for the project. I designed the lighting/lighting control, power, communications, and electrical distribution. Prepared engineering reports and delivered assessment reports for existing buildings MEP services, and reported on any end-of-life situation and any necessary maintenance.

During this job, I was engaged in full cycle projects management of projects such as CSC Data Center (Malaysia), Fujitsu Data Centre (Perth), and IBM Data Centre (NSW). I led the projects from the design to the construction phase. I developed engineering reports for existing Data Centers, including discrimination studies, mater planning, staging, early works packages, conceptual design reports, schematic design reports, due diligence reports, return briefs and services specifications.

• Solved the staging problem for all MEP services in the Fujitsu data centre upgrade project.
• Handled nuisance circuit breakers tripping in CSC data Center Malaysia by providing the technical advisory report.
• Provided solutions for problems in Data Centers by developing several technical advisory reports.
• Streamlined operations and MEP infrastructure of the existing Data Centres.
• Designed and reconfigured lighting, power, electrical distribution for existing Data Centres.

As an Electrical & ELV Manager, I delivered projects, ncluding Galleria Mall (Abu Dhabi), Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum. (Abu Dhabi), DEWA New Data Centre 450 Racks (Dubai), and Data Centre 1000 Racks (Al-Ain). I led and trained a team of electrical and Low Current engineers, whilst managing the hiring, training, and professional growth of employees. I defined the scope of work. I maintained work standards by controlling engineering activities. I communicated with the clients and updated them on the Data Centre design's development progress as well as engineering works in Abu Dhabi Louvre with all stakeholders' clients, main contractors, and subcontractors. I conducted and reviewed electrical calculations manually and via software. I administered the project's testing and commissioning, as well as the delivery of documents.

• Directed the electrical team and mentored them to complete the design of two huge data centres.
• Led the ELV team to deliver billion-dollar value High rise buildings commercial project in Abu Dhabi.
• Solved a considerable technical error in Fire Alarm design in Galleria mall in Abu Dhabi.
• Handed over the completed works to local authorities, including civil defense, DEWA, and Gas Company.
• Ensured compliance to the timelines and adherence to the quality assurance targets.
• Guaranteed design process to comply with current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
