A Luxury Hotel with five star standards and 4 F&B outlets; I have managed the bar (Bar Manager) and later Marco’s Manager (Italian Restaurant) and acting as food and beverage manager for the last three months.
Responsible for running F&B department in the absence of food and beverage manager, workflow management, staff training, menu planning and costing, and managing daily operations as well as insuring exceptional dining experience.
