• Area: 5 Towers: two deodorizer units, two Hydrogenation units with the hydrogenation
battery, and Bleaching unit.
• Installing, commissioning and operating new equipment or new projects needed.
• Improve the plants efficiency, repair equipment, increase production and reduce
downtime.
• Review Operational plans to ensure the machinery and processes meeting the required.
• Check parts and equipment inventories and request new orders as needed.
• Preparing annual CAPEX and maintenance budget for all plants.
• Monitoring the equipments on production line to maintain smooth running of production
line.
• Observed machinery during production processes to diagnose issues.
• Create a maintenance schedule plan for all new equipment with the consumed spare part
needed.
• Auditing CIL Activities and 6S Program.
• Help other crew members complete difficult and long repair projects.
• Stay abreast of efficiency improvements maintenance actions to maximize productivity.
• Main Equipments: Pumps (Centrifugal, Gear, Multistage & Water ring vacuum), seals,
Valves (Steam, Oil, gases, Water & Automatic), Heat Exchangers (Shell and tube, Plates &
Spirals), Pipelines, R.O Units, Deodorizer, Tanks, Filters, Vacuum System, Hydrogen
Electrolyzer.

• Broad knowledge of parts and the ability to identify the correct parts for phone and local
customers.
• Excellent manufacturing knowledge including Plasma, Router, Laser, and quality control.
• Installed, programmed, and trained company personnel on CNC machine tools.
• Investigated, collected, consolidated, and composed reports on product reliability and
issues reports.
