- The ability to edit video recordings to a very high standard in order to produce material for
campaigns, events, fundraising challenges and overseas humanitarian projects.
- The ability to create and edit motion graphics to an excellent standard using a variety of
software listed (but not limited to) below:
o Adobe After Effects
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o Final Cut Pro X (Mac)
- Deliver Broadcast Quality production including TV Ads and short documentaries
- Knowledge and understanding of most matters relating to videography,
Photography, lighting for capturing stills
- Knowledge and understanding of various filming techniques such as Indoor
and outdoor filming, ‘filming on the go’, interview based filming.
- Set up and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio, video recorders,
lighting equipment and microphones for location and studio production
- To work closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Team in order to deliver creative and
original ideas and write good quality scripts
- Assist in developing interview questions and storyboards
- Will need to use a good level of Photoshop skills to be able to retouch, create cut-outs, resize
and save out stills in the correct formats
- Able to determine what camera equipment are necessary and obtain equipment
- Accurately archive existing video assets. Create archiving standards for future use, such as
naming conventions and file size/type requirements
Responsible for entering all participating documentaries’ data and sorting related documentation, as well as archiving selected films along with their respective information.
• Enter all data related to the documentaries in different categories.
• Make archives for the selected documentaries and a file for each selected film.
• Make spread sheets with all requirements such as director’s photo, and stills, trailers, digital tapes, etc...
• Pass all information to the rest of the employees in both sections of the festival.
• Call the participants in order to ask for the missing requirements of each documentary.
• Attend guests during the festival.
• Assign codes to received film and accordingly sort them.
• Pass all films to the Operations Section for review and validation, and then pass them for further needed assessments.
• Help the rest of the festival staff when needed
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested
• Answered and managed incoming and outgoing calls while recording accurate messages for distribution to office staff.
• Assisted applicants with admissions packet and served as point of contact throughout admissions process.
• Performed filing, billing and routing messages to appropriate people for office of Admissions.
• Helped with interview process, orientation program and implementation of admissions policies as applications were considered and members selected.
Bachelor degree in Mass Communication ( Media ) and Minor International affairs .
