1- Customer satisfaction:
a) Establish manage and control a sales system that recognizes and enforces concepts leading to customer loyalty and referrals.
b) Follow - up and resolve all customers request and complains.
2- After sales service management:
a) Ensure that after sales service policies & procedures are followed by every team.
b) Monitor escalation jobs (category wise)
c) Monitor response time / completion / critical spare / as per KPI daily
3- Assets Management:
a) Ensure that the planned assets are in place and utilized by the team.
b) Ensure that there is no waste and accounting is done for the proper usage of consumables and spares by the team.
4- Manpower development:
a) Trained the team on new products.
b) Evaluate the training needs for improvement
5) Interdepartmental Relations:
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments to reduce conflict and maximize Dealership Profitability.
1-To direct and manage all maintenance activities, programs for all trucks for all ALJERI workshops locations ( Riyad, Jeda, Dammam, Yonb, Qaseem, Sharora, Hafer albaten ) for total 1000 Trucks.
2-To supervise and approve work reports.
3-To set up efficient maintenance organization.
4-Evaluation of Manpower
5- Approval of suppliers invoice
6-Approval of requisitions
7 Reviewing and approval of PDI& Commission Report
8-To generate reports when required from top management requirement.
1- Responsible for all trucks &forklifts
2 Planning for preventive maintenance program.
3-Issuing yearly economic studies for PEPSI FLEET.
4- Applying P.M.P (daily monthly) to ensure the availability for all trucks and to control the expenses to be within the predetermined budget
5-Develop a full data base for the garage expenses in order to determine a prediction for the next year demands which consist of (spare parts cost, diesel, tires and various lubrication consumption cost)
6- Develop system for PMP every year as follows (PMP monthly schedule, PMP maintenance forms, scope of PMP procedure, PMP reports which help us to track the spare parts needs for the vehicles all over the month )
7-Develop SCORECARD at the end of every month to can measure our productivity in garage as follows (percentage of fixed trucks, percentageof fixed forklifts, NO. of break down/10000 km, total paid hours, no of accidents).
8- Prove technical skills and train them to use special inspection devices, and insure that they work with all regulations and systems to can reduce over time hours and injures in garage.
1- Handling all kinds of heavy constructions & earth moving machinery repair ( Mobile cranes, Wheel loaders, Telehandlers, Skid steer loaders, Dumpers, Plate comapctors, Vibrators, … )
2- To direct and manage all maintenance activities, programs for all equipments.
3- Supervise and approve work reports.
4- Set up efficient maintenance organization.
5- Organize weekly meeting in order to discuss meeting problems.
6- Advice regarding the purchase of PMV and MSE
7- Preparation of Hire Rates
8- Assist in site mob. /demo. efforts
9- Providing technical assistants to the project
