Handle reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
Ensure accuracy of guest information and special requests.
Coordinate room assignments and availability.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Provide information and recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and transportation.
Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as phone inquiries, guest check-ins, and resolving guest issues.
